activity you LOVE.
But also eat that damn cookie. Wear the fucking bikini.

Weighing less is not a sign of fitness because everybody needs to store different amounts of fat and your muscles have weight too! You don't have to check your body weight every day. You don't even have to lose that weight if
you're feeling amazing!
You DON'T have to be a size zero to be beautiful. Many women starve themselves to look like that & there's nothing sexy about eating disorders, we should be helping people come out of them instead of leading others
into it.
You DON'T have to have the perfect body to be desired or loved. In fact, "perfect" is the most lazy word I've ever heard in my life, wtf is perfect? And HOW is perfect not bored you yet?!
